Job summary

This role involves supporting marketing initiatives through the development and management of packaging, displays, and point-of-sale materials. The Operations Specialist will ensure efficient implementation across retail environments while managing timelines, budgets, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Marketing, Operations, or Point-of-Sales Materials Development.
• Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in the jewellery, retail, fashion, or FMCG industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of packaging and displays to enhance brand appeal.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Maintain and improve the material library for point-of-sale resources.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for material sourcing and supplier management.
• Update catalogues and manage data related to materials and costs.
• Drive end-to-end processes in collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
