Operational Buyer (Medical Devices, Onsite)

Job summary

This position is focused on executing tactical purchasing tasks within the Infusion Care division, ensuring the availability of raw materials at the factory while balancing inventory levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain department.
• Can.Merc Supply Chain or a Higher Diploma in Supply Chain.
• Demonstrable experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders with external suppliers to maintain material availability.
• Monitor and address exceptions related to materials, including overdue purchase orders and alerts.
• Evaluate planning settings for materials and manage financial invoice discrepancies.
• Plan stock transfers between factories and lead initiatives in material management.
• Collaborate closely with various teams on projects involving product variants.
• Maintain productive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
