Job summary

The Non-Health Supplies Planning Analyst will focus on enhancing resource management for non-health program supplies, particularly in humanitarian contexts. Qualifications

  • Experience in demand forecasting and supply chain management, preferably in a humanitarian or development context.
  • Proven ability to conduct needs assessments and validate supply plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to contribute to funding gap analysis and market assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand forecasting processes for non-health products in collaboration with country offices.
  • Provide technical guidance on non-health commodity needs assessments.
  • Develop and manage supply plans to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Align planning processes with ERP systems for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Conduct capacity assessments and develop training programs for national entities.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Act as a technical focal point for procurement of non-health goods and services.
