Network Technician (Copenhagen, Oslo, Uppsala, Stockholm)

Job summary

This role involves working within a Pan-Nordic team focused on 3rd level network operations, supporting advanced B2B and B2G network solutions. The position requires troubleshooting and maintaining critical network systems, particularly in SD-WAN, firewall, and WiFi technologies, while ensuring the performance of a large ISP network.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, FortiNAC, FortiEMS, FortiClient, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiExtender, FortiSwitch, and FortiAP.
• Strong background in TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, and SD-WAN services.
• Experience with Versa Networks and HPE Aruba platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and MS Teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance in the relevant country.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Network Operations and Engineering teams to address incidents and escalations.
• Manage Layer 2/3 network systems and oversee SD-WAN services.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot advanced issues, and implement system configuration changes.
• Ensure consistent operations to maintain service continuity for clients.
• Update documentation and provide training for local Customer Service teams.
