• Utilize economic optimization models to assess network and asset trade-offs.
• Evaluate capital investments using financial metrics such as NPV and IRR.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for investment cases and portfolio prioritization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on network strategy and investment decisions.
• Synthesize complex analyses into actionable insights for decision support.
