Job summary

This role involves designing and delivering AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform. The position focuses on building conversational AI agents, automating business processes, and creating innovative solutions to enhance productivity across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in building business process automations with Microsoft Power Automate and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in developing low-code applications with Microsoft Power Apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions.
• Strong skills in prototyping solutions and gathering user feedback.
• Experience in integrating Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered agents and business process automations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver solutions.
• Rapidly prototype new solutions and iterate based on user feedback.
• Configure conversational experiences and generative AI capabilities within Copilot Studio.
• Apply best practices for governance, security, and solution lifecycle management.

Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Power Platform environments and application lifecycle management (ALM).

Education

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft AI are a plus.
