Job summary

This role involves leading the development of advanced media measurement capabilities to connect media investments with business outcomes. You will work within a global media team, focusing on optimizing media performance through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in media measurement, analytics, or marketing effectiveness, ideally 10 years in both client and agency environments.
  • Strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), data analysis, and performance measurement.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Relevant Master's degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement Marketing Mix Modelling and measurement frameworks linking media to business performance.
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and AI-supported tools for ongoing optimization across markets.
  • Monitor media execution and ensure consistent follow-up on performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting structures, and business cases.
  • Lead partnerships with external media agencies and analytics providers.

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach to data interpretation and decision-making.

Education

  • Master's degree or similar relevant qualification.

Tools

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and AI-supported optimization platforms.
