Job summary

The role of Media Excellence Manager involves developing and enhancing media planning, governance, measurement, and optimization across various markets. This position is based at the headquarters and is not remote.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in media strategy, planning, effectiveness, or consulting, ideally in an international context.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel media planning and optimization.
  • Experience with both digital and offline media channels.
  • Familiarity with media measurement, marketing effectiveness, MMM, attribution, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in an international or multi-market environment.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a balance of strategic and hands-on work.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and continuously improve global media frameworks, tools, templates, and playbooks.
  • Implement the Global Media Excellence operating model across markets.
  • Establish a global media audit and governance framework to enhance media effectiveness.
  • Monitor market maturity and share best practices to improve media planning.
  • Drive Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiatives in collaboration with local teams and global media agencies.
  • Assist markets in applying media measurement frameworks and KPIs in their planning and reporting.
  • Support the development of full-funnel media strategies to enhance brand performance and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze local media strategies and provide constructive recommendations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
  • Proactive and capable of driving new initiatives across cultures.
  • Structured approach to managing multiple projects and stakeholders.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in media, marketing, or a related field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with media planning and measurement tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
