Job summary

Seeking a Mechanical Engineer to tackle complex thermal challenges and design innovative cooling solutions for advanced electronic hardware in a specialized R&D team focused on high-performance hardware platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical product development
• Proficiency in thermal systems and heat transfer
• Familiarity with CAD tools, particularly SolidWorks
• Background in cooling solution design
• Skills in prototype development and validation
• Knowledge of electronics-related mechanical design

Responsibilities

• Design thermal and cooling solutions
• Create heatsinks, brackets, and mechanical assemblies
• Conduct thermal simulations and optimize airflow
• Validate mechanical designs and prototypes
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure manufacturability
• Prepare products for production readiness
• Produce mechanical documentation and CAD designs

Skills
