Job summary

Responsible for the receipt, handling, and internal distribution of materials within a warehouse setting. The role is crucial for ensuring accurate registration, quality control, and timely availability of materials. The department operates on 12-hour shifts from Monday to Wednesday, with potential training on day shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification (B)
• Experience in material receipt and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with SAP for goods receipt (MIGO)
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
• Fluent in Danish (reading and comprehension)
• Fluent in English (reading and comprehension) as the corporate language is English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods from external suppliers.
• Register materials in SAP.
• Conduct visual inspections for damages, correct quantities, and quality.
• Place items in designated warehouse locations according to established procedures.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and 5S standards.
• Contribute to organization, structure, and continuous improvement in material receipt processes.
