Martech Product Specialist

Job summary

The role of Martech Product Specialist involves ensuring technology products deliver business value and meet user needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to refine and deliver impactful solutions across Northern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on products, focusing on functionality, integrations, and business value, particularly in CDPs and Consent Management.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to shape solutions.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
• Define and validate acceptance criteria for solutions.
• Evaluate third-party vendor deliveries from both technical and business perspectives.
• Document and share knowledge across teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product quality and team processes.

Skills

• Domain knowledge in CDPs, Consent Management, and Media Buying is advantageous.
• Experience with testing, validation, or quality assurance is a plus.
• Vendor management experience is beneficial.
• Technical understanding and experience with system documentation.

Education

• Relevant educational background in a related field is preferred.

Tools

• Familiarity with agile project management tools and methodologies.
