Job summary

The role involves standardizing and scaling marketing technology solutions across various markets, focusing on improving governance and data quality using AI tools. The position is part of a regional operations team and primarily supports CEE markets while also assisting Nordic brands as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for analysis, documentation, and process design.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of GA4, UTM structures, GTM, and marketing data quality.
  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing operations or a similar technical marketing role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured audits using AI to maintain standards and improve documentation.
  • Raise AI competence across the operations team by demonstrating practical use cases.
  • Maintain operational consistency across CEE brands and run regular governance checks on CRM workflows.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and contribute to brand-level reporting.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge bases.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities.
  • Governance-minded, focusing on building repeatable, documented solutions.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing operations or technology.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools, CRM platforms, GA4, UTM structures, and marketing data quality tools.
