Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing marketing operations through AI tools and processes across multiple markets, primarily in Central and Eastern Europe. The position involves standardizing martech solutions, conducting audits, and improving data governance while supporting regional brand teams.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for analysis and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Bloomreach).
  • Understanding of GA4, UTM structures, and marketing data quality.
  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing operations or a similar technical marketing role.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured audits using AI to identify inconsistencies and governance gaps.
  • Maintain operational consistency across brands, ensuring alignment with CoE frameworks.
  • Develop AI-assisted workflows for quality assurance and documentation tasks.
  • Support CRM operations, including workflow logic and data quality management.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge bases.

Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on outcomes over outputs.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple brands with varying priorities.

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing operations or technology.

Tools

  • Familiarity with AI tools, CRM platforms, GA4, UTM structures, and marketing automation software.
