Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of formal leadership experience in marketing, sales, or customer functions.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric results across brand, communications, and media activities.
  • Experience with omni-channel marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategies and action plans.
  • Proficient in marketing investment planning and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and align teams across functions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Lead brand and customer growth by translating global strategies into local actions.
  • Develop and execute a customer, marketing, and communications plan to enhance brand relevance and achieve commercial results.
  • Drive growth of customer base, sales, and brand performance using a data-driven, omni-channel approach.
  • Plan and monitor marketing investments across various initiatives to maximize business impact.
  • Ensure effective loyalty activations in line with global frameworks.
  • Track and analyze key marketing and customer KPIs such as traffic and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales market teams for alignment and follow-up on business results.
  • Improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Provide direction and foster cross-functional collaboration for problem-solving and customer-centric improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, focusing on collaboration and delivery.
  • Identify and nurture future talents for key marketing roles.

Education

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Tools

  • Experience with data analysis tools and marketing platforms is preferred.
