Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns from initial brief to results tracking, collaborating with teams such as the LEGO Agency and market development.
  • Support product development by providing consumer insights and commercial performance data.
  • Lead the selling-in process to highlight portfolio strengths for market customer development.
  • Collaborate with the Cross Franchise Marketing team on brand guidelines and packaging optimization.
  • Manage daily interactions with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with branding.

Skills

  • Proficiency in both analytical and creative thinking.
  • Strong communication skills for effective presentations and team engagement.

Education

  • Background in marketing or a related business field.

Tools

  • Familiarity with marketing campaign management tools and data analysis software.
