The Market Activation Specialist for the Nordics is responsible for leading the activation strategy to drive growth and ROI across the region. This role involves defining activation plans, making commercial decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Demand or Sales role
• Full professional proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language
• Knowledge of the Nordic retail landscape
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
• Experience in budget management and performance reviews
• Ability to analyze internal and external data
• Customer experience is preferred

• Oversee coupon activation delivery across markets, focusing on priority areas like Sweden.
• Develop retailer-specific activation plans for Customer Planning Days.
• Act as a senior role model within the Activation team, contributing to engagement and transformation initiatives.
