Manager of Maintenance Systems (Energy, International)

Job summary

This role involves leading the development and improvement of maintenance systems within the energy sector, focusing on operational excellence and supporting a transition to fossil-free energy. The position requires collaboration across various business units and stakeholders to ensure effective system governance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing complex business systems in international, multi-site environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM), with expertise in S/4HANA.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or agile frameworks are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own business product responsibility for SAP PM/MM and related systems, ensuring they meet the needs of various assets and markets.
• Lead system improvements and implementation initiatives, aligning with broader business goals.
• Develop and manage an international maintenance systems organization, fostering engagement and performance.
• Connect with stakeholders across departments to ensure shared accountability in solution delivery.
• Oversee incident and change management to meet service level agreements and drive continuous improvement.

Skills

• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Danish, Swedish, German, or Dutch is a plus.
• Proven experience in system ownership or functional management for SAP PM/MM in large organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing international teams through change.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on health and safety.
