Job summary

This role involves leading client engagements to enhance non-financial risk management, governance, and controls within the financial services sector. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to address complex risk and regulatory challenges.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, law, risk management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management, such as operational risk or conduct risk management, preferably within a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focusing on operational risk, operational resilience, third-party risk, conduct risk, and internal controls.
• Assess, design, and implement non-financial risk frameworks and governance arrangements.
• Manage project scope, delivery, and quality while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships and contribute to service proposals.
• Guide and support team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Skills

• Strong understanding of control environment design and experience in conducting operational risk and control assessments.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both specialists and senior stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving skills combined with a pragmatic and commercially aware approach.
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Danish or another Nordic language is a plus.

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
