Job summary

As a Management Consultant in Strategy & Performance, you will engage in high-impact strategy projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders to craft and implement strategies that foster growth and enhance deal value. You will work on various projects, including growth strategy, commercial excellence, operating model transformation, cost and performance optimization, M&A strategy, due diligence, and post-merger integration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, IT & Data, or related fields
• Strong academic performance in your Master’s degree
• Analytical mindset with a curiosity for understanding interrelations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, structured, and flexible, with a willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Define strategic priorities to drive revenue growth
• Enhance go-to-market strategies and customer engagement
• Build structures and processes for effective strategy execution
• Identify performance improvements through cost and cashflow analysis
• Support clients in defining M&A strategies and value creation
• Conduct assessments of acquisition targets
• Assist in managing transformations and delivering synergies post-deal
