Job summary

This role involves supporting two Vice Presidents in the Chronic Care R&D organization, focusing on managing their calendars, facilitating leadership meetings, and coordinating various administrative tasks. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into leadership and organizational decision-making while contributing to a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in an international company supporting management teams.
  • Relevant educational background.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with digitalization and AI technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the VPs' calendars and prioritize meetings effectively.
  • Plan and coordinate leadership forums, Steering Committees, and monthly financial reviews.
  • Organize off-site events, workshops, and team engagement activities.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the VPs.
  • Assist with HR processes such as onboarding and job postings.
  • Maintain organizational charts and communication channels.
  • Support financial administration tasks, including expense management.
  • Facilitate internal communication and prepare materials for meetings.
  • Drive improvements in workflows through digital tools and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
