Job summary

An analytical M&A Associate is sought to support strategic acquisitions within a rapidly growing corporate development team. The role involves sourcing potential targets, executing transactions, and ensuring successful post-merger integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a similar area.
• Proven track record in M&A transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent project management skills to handle multiple complex projects.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills in English.
• High integrity and a strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Development on strategic M&A execution.
• Research and build relationships with potential acquisition targets.
• Support the M&A process, including financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation.
• Prepare and present business cases and financial analyses to senior management.
• Manage external advisors such as investment bankers and lawyers.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to stay informed on industry trends.
• Develop and execute post-merger integration plans with cross-functional teams.
