Job summary

This role focuses on developing and executing lifecycle and retention strategies for subscription-based e-commerce brands, aiming to enhance customer lifetime value and reduce churn. It involves a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, working closely with clients to optimize marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, automations, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to conduct cohort analysis and derive insights from customer behavior data.
  • Experience with e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based brands.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with subscription platforms like ReCharge or Skio is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lifecycle and retention strategies to maximize LTV and minimize churn.
  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients on retention marketing initiatives.
  • Build and optimize lifecycle journeys, including email/SMS automations and retention flows.
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities for retention improvement.
  • Manage retention calendars and campaign planning across multiple accounts.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights for better retention outcomes.
  • Collaborate with specialists to execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Lead retention projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
