Qualifications

• University degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in leasing or real estate.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience in leading and coaching teams.
• Understanding of risk assessment and ability to communicate implications to decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce legal standards and templates.
• Stay informed on global legal requirements and assist in achieving compliance.
• Negotiate, draft, and review various agreements, including leases.
• Conduct due diligence and judicial inquiries to identify risks.
• Support tendering processes and manage disputes.
• Develop routines for contract execution and administration.
• Provide cross-functional legal support to corporate matters and governance policies.
