Senior Manager of Confidentiality (Compliance, Billund, Denmark)

Job summary

This role involves leading confidentiality initiatives across global markets for a temporary period of 12 months. The Senior Manager will work collaboratively with various teams to address complex commercial and risk challenges while enhancing confidentiality practices.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience to a degree or master's level.
• Extensive experience in a compliance role, particularly in commercial partnerships.
• Preferred experience with a leading global company.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales regions to enhance confidentiality awareness and security measures.
• Serve as the primary contact for the Customer Confidentiality Program, ensuring alignment and updates across markets.
• Manage leak cases and coordinate enforcement actions with legal and market teams.
• Partner with business units to improve confidentiality capabilities and practices.
• Align systems and tools with digital and supply chain leads to meet confidentiality needs.
• Mitigate leak risks on digital platforms through strategic partnerships.
• Ensure secure selling-in processes with the global Selling-In team.
• Address confidentiality concerns during events such as showrooms and toy fairs.
