Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and enforce legal standards and templates.
• Stay updated on global legal requirements and support compliance efforts.
• Negotiate, draft, and review various agreements, including lease contracts.
• Conduct judicial inquiries and due diligence to assess risks.
• Support tendering processes and handle disputes.
• Assist in drafting corporate documentation and governance policies.
