Job summary

This role involves serving as the primary contact for contracts management and global entity management within a corporate legal team. The position focuses on building and maintaining a contract repository, managing corporate records, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

  • JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree.
  • Experience in a corporate legal department, particularly in corporate secretarial work or legal operations.
  • Demonstrated skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and familiarity with commercial terms.
  • Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements in Europe, China, India, and/or Australia preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in SharePoint and legal tech tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the contract repository, organizing all commercial agreements and tracking contract status.
  • Maintain accurate records of NDAs and executed agreements; handle revisions and negotiate contract modifications.
  • Manage corporate records for legal entities, ensuring compliance with annual filing requirements.
  • Support M&A activities and internal reorganizations, conducting corporate due diligence.
  • Develop a comprehensive Legal SharePoint site and partner with IT on CLM tool implementation.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and manage legal spend.

Skills

Education

  • JD, LLM, or equivalent law degree.

Tools

  • SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and legal tech tools.
