Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing for multifamily lease-up properties with a track record of improving occupancy via digital marketing.
  • Proficient in managing Google Ads, Google Business Profiles, WordPress, and social media advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly in developing lead nurturing workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and trends.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives.
  • Professional-level English communication skills (C1/C2).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment, available during CST business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multifamily lease-up communities.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to generate leasing leads.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and enhance local search visibility.
  • Update and maintain property websites and online content for engagement and conversions.
  • Coordinate apartment listings across rental platforms to maximize exposure.
  • Plan and optimize paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Build automated lead nurturing workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with property managers and external partners on various initiatives.
