About the role

Job summary

The role involves designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for sales personnel and customers, focusing on product training and enablement. The position requires travel approximately 25–30 days per year.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Trainer, Sales Engineer, or Product Trainer.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical software solutions and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Hands-on experience with customers in sales cycles, demos, and technical solution design.
  • Familiarity with the VMS industry and translating technical concepts into customer value.
  • Comfortable presenting to both technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training for Salespeople and Solution Engineers, both in-person and virtually.
  • Facilitate product, solution, and demo training, including workshops and scenario-based exercises.
  • Develop and maintain training materials such as presentations and facilitator guides.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Subject Matter Experts to stay updated on product developments.
  • Support solution certification programs and reinforce learning through follow-up sessions and coaching.
