Learning Specialist (Remote)

Job summary

The role involves designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for sales employees and customers in the video management and surveillance industry. The position is flexible in terms of location, with some travel required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Technical Trainer, Sales Engineer, or Product Trainer.
• Strong grasp of complex technical software solutions and the ability to convey them effectively.
• Direct experience with customers during sales cycles, demos, and technical solution design.
• Familiarity with the VMS industry and translating technical concepts into customer value.
• Comfortable presenting to both technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct instructor-led training sessions for Salespeople and Solution Engineers, both in-person and virtually.
• Facilitate training on products, solutions, and demonstrations.
• Lead workshops and scenario-based exercises that reflect real customer situations.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations and facilitator guides.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Subject Matter Experts to stay updated on product developments.
• Support solution certification programs and enablement journeys, reinforcing learning through follow-up sessions and coaching.
• Continuously enhance training based on participant feedback and business needs.
