Job summary

This role involves leading the technical vision and strategy for Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and business needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance service management capabilities and drive improvements in platform usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with service management on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Background in implementation or consulting within large organizations, with a strong grasp of service management concepts.
  • Experience in functional and technical solution architecture, project management, and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for ESM on the ServiceNow platform, guiding technical discussions and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices regarding platform health, security, and performance.
  • Lead technical dialogues with ServiceNow and vendors to align platform configuration with user roles and entitlements.
  • Review and validate subscription usage to optimize license consumption and reduce waste.
  • Advise stakeholders on the impact of new solutions and customizations on licensing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance support practices and minimize unnecessary consumption.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and oversee the implementation of prioritized solutions.
