Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (.Net/Angular)

Job summary

This role involves leading the design, development, and testing of enterprise products within the Investment Operations Product Area, focusing on enhancing efficiency for financial institutions. You will collaborate with international colleagues and contribute to the evolution of financial technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering with a mix of development and QA responsibilities.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of improving team efficiency and project success.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing processes.
• Define and manage test architecture and quality strategies at the team level.
• Balance coding tasks with guiding automation initiatives.
• Drive the adoption of automation-first practices within the team.
• Monitor quality metrics and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and coach engineers in development and testing skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and quality objectives.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex defects and implement preventive measures.
• Advocate for improvements in tools, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering processes.

Skills

• Expertise in .NET / C# and familiarity with Angular.
• Extensive experience in test automation and test strategy development.
• Solid background in architecting enterprise-scale applications.
• Knowledge of Cloud and On-Prem infrastructures, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools such as Git, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Familiarity with XP practices like TDD and continuous integration.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL).
• Proficient English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
