Lead Finance Specialist (Renewable Energy, Aarhus)

Job summary

This role focuses on enhancing financial performance within the renewable energy sector, specifically in wind turbine manufacturing. The Lead Finance Specialist will provide insights and analysis to support senior management decision-making across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance, controlling, or related fields
• 5-7 years of experience in finance, including business partnering, financial planning, performance management, and reporting
• Familiarity with global or matrix organizational structures
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Manage 18-month rolling forecasting and reporting activities, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet preparation
• Oversee annual planning processes for the Power Solutions segment
• Facilitate performance reporting and ensure accountability on commitments
• Promote strong governance around capital allocation and a business-case mindset
• Conduct in-depth performance reviews and support ad-hoc financial analysis requests
