Job summary

This role involves leading the technical vision and ownership of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and strategic objectives. The position is part of a global digital team focused on delivering efficient service management solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in service management using the ServiceNow platform, preferably from an implementation partner or consultancy.
  • Strong background in functional and technical solution architecture, project management, and agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Deep understanding of service management concepts, platform governance, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for ESM on the ServiceNow platform, guiding technical vision and platform strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices regarding platform health, security, and performance, and engage with ServiceNow and vendors for insights.
  • Oversee role assignments, validate subscription usage, and optimize license consumption.
  • Advise stakeholders on the impact of new solutions and customizations on licensing.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to enhance support practices and minimize unnecessary consumption.
  • Translate business needs into technical designs and user stories, guiding development and implementation processes.
