Lead Engineer (Manufacturing Technology, Hybrid)

Job summary

This role involves leading a product team focused on developing digital platform products for manufacturing automation. The Lead Engineer will drive technical strategy, mentor team members, and collaborate on system architecture and design.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong background in architecting scalable software solutions.
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and loosely coupled components.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, cloud development, microservices, API development, databases, DevSecOps, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
