Lead Data Analyst (Pricing & Monetization)

Job summary

This role focuses on leveraging data to drive growth in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically within the Pricing & Monetization team. The Lead Data Analyst will analyze revenue strategies, provide insights into pricing architecture, and support the go-to-market strategy through advanced statistical analysis and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving strategic go-to-market initiatives and mentoring analytics team members.
• Proficiency in SQL and R/Python, with a strong understanding of regression models and statistical significance.
• Several years of experience in solving go-to-market problems and evaluating pricing strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools, emphasizing data storytelling.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks such as BigQuery and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and commercial leadership to evaluate pricing and packaging strategies.
• Design and execute complex analyses, including cohort analysis and predictive modeling.
• Develop and scale analytics infrastructure and proprietary solutions.
• Provide actionable insights to influence stakeholder decisions and promote data literacy.
• Architect intuitive dashboards in Looker for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure robust GTM data pipelines.
