Job summary

This role involves supporting sales and commercial managers across the Northern & Central Europe region by enhancing internal sales governance and improving commercial processes. The position requires strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and value capture in sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial experience
  • Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Expertise in commercial modeling and business case analysis
  • Experience in complex contracting negotiations is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives aimed at improving commercial governance and efficiency
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
  • Prepare recommendations for management and ensure successful implementation
  • Identify and outline areas for improvement and collaborate with global functions

Education
