LCA & Sustainability Specialist (Remote)

Job summary

Seeking a structured and analytically strong LCA & Sustainability Specialist to enhance the development and implementation of LCA/PCF tools and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in LCA, PCF, or related sustainability roles.
• Familiarity with LCA methods, data quality, and calculation principles.
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 14040, ISO 14044, and ISO 14067.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with data tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Understanding of materials, components, and supplier data is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to translate technical analyses into business applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve LCA/PCF tools.
• Build and document data foundations for LCA and PCF calculations.
• Collect and ensure quality of data related to materials and processes.
• Calculate and document product carbon footprints and environmental impacts.
• Maintain transparency and consistency in calculations and data sources.
• Collaborate with various functions on sustainability data and analyses.
• Support ESG team with analyses and reporting for sustainability initiatives.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in sustainability or environmental science.
