Landscape Architect

Job summary

An architectural firm is seeking a Landscape Architect to join their Landscape department, contributing to high-profile projects and collaborating with various teams.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture, urban planning, or landscape architecture.
• 1-7 years of experience in urban planning or landscape design, with a solid understanding of concept design for projects of various scales.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple teams to provide guidance on technical development and approval processes.
• Communicate effectively with diverse clients and public officials.
• Work with partners to advance agendas in landscape design, urban design, sustainability, and infrastructure.
• Assist the business development team with urban planning, RFQs, and proposals.
• Produce drawing sets and ensure design intent and quality throughout all project stages.
• Engage with clients and consultants, presenting design options and balancing design intent with costs and technical feasibility.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Rhino, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas in collaboration with partners and team members.

Education

• A professional degree in architecture, urban planning, or landscape architecture is required.

Tools

• Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Suite.
