• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to clarify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build solutions on commercial platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer journeys into technical outcomes.
• Prepare for data migration, modeling, and quality checks with senior colleagues.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis and documentation processes.
• Co-facilitate workshops and prepare executive materials.
• Assist in building presentations and technical demos for commercial activities.
