• Interest in how technology drives business value, particularly with commercial technologies like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to clarify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build solutions on platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate customer journeys into technical outcomes.
• Engage in data-related tasks including migration preparation, data modeling, and quality checks.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis, documentation, and solution prototyping.
• Co-facilitate workshops and prepare executive materials to support leadership in driving change.
• Assist in commercial activities by creating presentations and technical demos.
