Job summary

The Junior Logistics Lead will support the management of logistical operations for offshore wind parks in the German region, focusing on safety and compliance. This role involves coordinating vessel mobilization, monitoring performance, and assisting with logistical planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in logistics, engineering, or business.
• Interest in logistics, offshore operations, or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in the local language (Danish, German, UK English, Dutch, Swedish).

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
• Conduct regular visits to vessels and logistical assets for compliance checks.
• Assist in managing interfaces for logistical topics.
• Monitor vessel performance and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Support tender processes and define site requirements for logistical assets.
• Oversee vessel mobilization, including crew and equipment arrangements.
• Collaborate with Offshore Logistics for safe operations.
• Assist with invoice handling for logistical assets.
• Optimize logistics for sites across the region.
• Contribute to data management for Asset Operational Readiness.

Skills

• Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• IT competency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP.

Education

• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in logistics or related fields.
