Junior Full Stack Software Engineer (FinTech)

Job summary

We are seeking a Junior Full Stack Software Engineer to join a newly formed Cloud & AI Accelerator team focused on driving high-impact initiatives in financial technology. This role involves working collaboratively to develop innovative solutions that leverage AI and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

• Some experience as a software engineer with frontend and backend technologies.
• Familiarity with C#, .NET, and cloud-based development.
• Passion for AI and experience with AI agents is a plus.
• Interest in modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI applications to enhance user experiences and workflows.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI agents and cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, product stakeholders, UX designers, and architects.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development using .NET, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Participate in discovery, experimentation, and iterative product development.
• Build scalable and maintainable solutions with a focus on quality and operational excellence.

Skills

• Experience with Angular, Azure, distributed systems, or micro frontends is advantageous but not required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Education

• Relevant educational background in computer science or a related field is preferred but not explicitly required.
