Job summary

The role involves managing and enhancing the core Identity and Access Management platform, focusing on automation workflows and ensuring compliance with security standards. The position is crucial for maintaining identity services and supporting organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Identity Providers like Entra ID or Okta.
• Proficiency in enterprise Identity and Access Management technologies such as SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, PAM, and SCIM.
• Understanding of User Lifecycle Management processes and automated provisioning.
• Experience with role-based and attribute-based access controls.
• Familiarity with low-code automation platforms like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell.
• Comfort with enterprise SaaS solutions and evolving environments.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms or enterprise networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the deployment and operational success of the Entra ID platform.
• Design and manage automation workflows for employee lifecycle experiences.
• Ensure compliance with global audit and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to system and security incidents, managing escalations and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on cross-functional projects and maintain technical documentation.
