IT Systems Engineer

Job summary

The role involves managing the core Identity and Access Management platform, Entra ID, within a collaborative team of Systems Engineers. The position focuses on maintaining identity services, enhancing automation workflows, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Identity Providers such as Entra ID or Okta.
• Proficiency in administering IAM technologies including SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, PAM, and SCIM.
• Solid understanding of User Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience with role-based and attribute-based access controls.
• Familiarity with low-code automation platforms like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell.
• Comfort with enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Bonus: Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms or enterprise networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and operational success of the Entra ID platform, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Design and manage automation workflows to enhance employee lifecycle experiences.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting for system and security issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.
