IT Systems Engineer

Job summary

The role involves taking ownership of the core Identity and Access Management platform, Entra ID, within a collaborative team of Systems Engineers. The position focuses on maintaining key identity services, enhancing automation workflows, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Identity Providers such as Entra ID or Okta.
• Proficient in administering enterprise Identity and Access Management technologies, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, PAM, and SCIM.
• Solid understanding of User Lifecycle Management processes and automated provisioning.
• Experience with role-based and attribute-based access controls.
• Familiarity with low-code automation platforms like Azure Logic Apps or Power Automate.
• Hands-on scripting experience with PowerShell.
• Comfortable working with enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Bonus: Exposure to Mobile Device Management platforms or knowledge of enterprise networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Shape the direction and operational success of the Entra ID platform, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Lead the design and management of automation workflows to enhance employee lifecycle experiences.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in incident response and manage system vulnerabilities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.
