IT Systems Analyst (Copenhagen)

Job summary

This role involves acting as a key functional authority within the SAP team, focusing on both CRM and ERP systems. The position is based in Ørestaden and requires a blend of technical and project management skills to enhance customer experience and maintain backend systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ecosystems, particularly in CRM and ERP logistics.
• Proven expertise in configuring SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) and SAP SD module.
• Strong project management skills with experience in driving IT projects from blueprinting to go-live.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and configuration of SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Gather and document business requirements, mapping them to SAP functionalities.
• Manage projects within the SAP SD area, ensuring smooth order intake processes.
• Collaborate with the digital team to support backend synchronization for the Satair Market portal.
• Execute functional testing and support user acceptance testing.
