Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with user management.

  • Full professional proficiency in English for global communication.
  • Experience with support ticket systems, preferably YouTrack, is a plus.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude towards changing tasks and priorities.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical owner for core systems including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, and YouTrack.
  • Provide administrative support for various departmental tools and manage user configurations.
  • Enforce access governance and conduct regular audits of user accounts.
  • Manage the lifecycle of support requests and coordinate responses to IT incidents.
  • Ensure endpoint security through effective management of SentinelOne and maintain hardware inventory.
  • Support strategic IT projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Skills

Education

  • Relevant experience in IT support or a related field is required.
