Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with User Management.
  • Proven ability to provide end-user IT support and resolve various IT issues.

  • Full professional proficiency in English for effective communication with global teams.
  • Experience with support ticket systems, preferably YouTrack, is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Strong ownership of tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical owner for core systems including JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, and YouTrack.
  • Provide administrative support for departmental tools and manage user access.
  • Handle the lifecycle of support requests and coordinate responses to IT incidents.
  • Manage endpoint security and ensure compliance with hardware policies.
  • Support strategic IT projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Proficient in system administration and user management.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and external engineers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Education

  • Relevant IT certifications or degrees are preferred but not explicitly required.

Tools

  • Experience with JumpCloud, Google Workspace, M365, Slack, YouTrack, and SentinelOne is beneficial.
