Job summary

This role involves providing IT support to both national and international colleagues, contributing to the improvement of processes within the organization. As part of the operations team, the IT Support Specialist will handle requests, manage hardware, and contribute to documentation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Relevant IT-related education.
  • Experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft technologies, including Azure AD, SharePoint, and M365.
  • Knowledge of general IT Service Management (ITSM) principles.
  • Strong collaborative skills and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage requests through the ticketing system, including hardware orders and software license assignments.
  • Handle practical tasks related to hardware preparation and distribution.
  • Contribute to service documentation and knowledge management efforts.
  • Review and maintain various types of documentation, including work instructions and process documentation.

Skills

  • Process-oriented with a curiosity to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Education

  • Relevant IT-related educational background is required.

Tools

  • Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft technologies.
