Job summary

The IT Support Engineer for the Europe North region is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT services by addressing technical issues for users. This role involves providing both remote and on-site support, maintaining documentation, and managing IT assets while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows operating systems and basic knowledge of MacOS/iOS.
• Skilled in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems such as Service Now.
• Knowledge of Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and adapt to changing technologies.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
