Job summary

The IT Operations Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of the infrastructure that supports a global workforce. This role involves bridging high-level security policies with daily IT operations through automation, monitoring, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• Proficient in JumpCloud and Google Workspace, with knowledge of commands and policies.
• Experience with Python for API interactions; familiarity with Bash/PowerShell for endpoint management.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git for managing IT scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage automated patching for OS and third-party software updates.
• Develop and maintain configurations to ensure compliance with security baselines.
• Lead technical aspects of IT audits, providing necessary automated evidence.
• Build and maintain integrations between various tools to streamline workflows.
• Implement automated checks for unauthorized SaaS usage and license management.
• Create dashboards for tracking fleet health and system uptime.
• Serve as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and develop tools for IT support.

Skills

Education
