IT Operations Engineer

Job summary

The IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for managing the IT infrastructure at client sites and internal systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and operational efficiency. This role involves automating processes to support scalability and maintaining compliance with security frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong background in IT operations, particularly in networking, mobile device management, and identity & access management.
• Demonstrated ability to automate tasks and utilize coding tools effectively.
• High level of ownership and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage connectivity for devices at client locations and oversee internal IT systems.
• Automate and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and refine internal tools to support team workflows.
• Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure reliable device performance during implementations.

Skills

• Proficiency in networking and WiFi technologies.
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve complex workflows.

Education

• Relevant experience in IT operations or a related field is preferred.

Tools
