Job summary

The IT Operations Asset Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate visibility and governance of IT assets across the infrastructure, supporting operations, lifecycle management, security, and compliance needs.

Responsibilities

Work setup

This is a full-time position requiring regular on-site presence in Fredericia (DK) and Flensburg (DE).

• Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of IT assets.
• Ensure high-quality data and resolve discrepancies in asset records.
• Drive automation processes for asset onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure integration with IAM, CMSB, monitoring, patching, backup, and security tools.
• Define and govern end-to-end asset lifecycle standards.
• Collaborate with Service/Platform owners to enhance operational performance.
• Engage Asset Management in projects prior to go-live.
