IT Business Analyst (Pharmaceutical, Hellerup)

Job summary

This role involves supporting the Supply Chain function by analyzing and visualizing business needs related to D365 and Pharmaceutical Supply Chain processes. The IT Business Analyst will work within a Product Supply IT team to enhance systems for Production Planning, Logistics, and Inventory management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with D365, preferably in a Pharmaceutical context.
• In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain processes.
• Experience with integrations and system testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product team dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
• Ensure solutions comply with GxP standards and maintain documentation accordingly.
• Actively participate in daily operations with the team.
• Collect and qualify business requirements, challenging stakeholders to minimize risks and ensure simplicity.
• Drive development projects based on individual skill sets and capabilities.
